No sound coming from the Light Speaker? 

  • Check the volume: Ensure the volume is turned up both on the speaker and the connected device.
  • Verify Bluetooth connection: Make sure the device is properly paired with the Light Speaker via Bluetooth.
  • Re-pair the device: Try forgetting the Light Speaker on your device and reconnecting it from scratch.

Light Does Not Turn On?

  • Check the brightness settings: Press the brightness adjustment button to cycle through different light levels.
  • Charge the speaker: If the light doesn’t respond, check if the battery is sufficiently charged by connecting the USB-C charging cable.

Bluetooth Connection Issues?

  • Device not connecting: If your device is not pairing with the Light Speaker, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Out of range: Ensure you are within the 10-meter Bluetooth range.
  • Reset the speaker: Refer to the reset instructions below.


How to Reset the Light Speaker?

  • If the speaker is malfunctioning or experiencing connectivity issues, you may need to perform a reset.
  • Step-by-step reset instructions:
    1. Turn off the Light Speaker by pressing the power button.
    2. Press and hold the power button and the Bluetooth button together for about 10 seconds.
    3. The speaker will turn off and then restart, indicating the reset was successful.
    4. Reconnect your device via Bluetooth

Speaker Does Not Charge?

  • Check the charging cable: Make sure the USB-C cable is properly connected and functioning. Try using a different charging cable or adapter.
  • Inspect the charging port: Ensure the charging port on the speaker is clean and free from debris.
