The speaker is not turning on. What should I do?

Ensure that the power cable is securely connected to both the speaker and a functioning wall outlet. If the speaker still doesn't turn on, try a different outlet. If the problem persists, unplug the speaker for a few minutes before reconnecting it and trying again.


The sound quality is poor. How can I fix this?

Poor sound quality could be due to interference or incorrect settings. Ensure the audio cable is properly connected, and the speaker's bass and treble controls are adjusted for optimal sound. If using Bluetooth, make sure the speaker is within range and there are no obstructions or interference from other wireless devices.


Bluetooth is not connecting. What steps should I follow?

If Bluetooth is not connecting:

  1. Press the Bluetooth pairing button on the dongle until you hear "Bluetooth Pairing Mode."
  2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that it’s within range.
  3. If the issue persists, turn off Bluetooth on other devices that might be interfering, and restart both the speaker and your device.


The speaker is not playing any sound. What could be the problem?

If you're playing over bluetooth make sure that there's no audio cable connected to the speaker at the same time. The audio cable will steal the connection over the Bluetooth. 


If no sound is coming from the speaker, check the following:

  1. Ensure the audio cable is connected correctly or that the Bluetooth connection is active.
  2. Verify the volume levels on both the speaker and the connected device.
  3. Try playing audio from a different device to rule out any issues with the original source.


The speaker frequently disconnects from Bluetooth. How can I fix this?

If the speaker is disconnecting frequently, ensure that:

  1. The speaker is within Bluetooth range (around 10 meters).
  2. There are no physical obstructions or interference from other wireless devices.
  3. Your device is not paired with multiple Bluetooth devices, as this can cause interference.


The speaker's bass or treble adjustments don’t seem to be working. What can I do?
If the bass or treble adjustments are not responding, ensure that the speaker is properly connected to the audio source. If using Bluetooth, disconnect and reconnect your device. If the issue continues, try using a different audio source to verify if the problem is with the speaker or the original device.


What should I do if the glass panels are loose or damaged?

To replace the glass on the speaker

  1. Carefully disassemble the speaker using the Allen key provided.

Nothing is working, what should I do?
You can try performing a factory reset of the speaker by holding down the Bluetooth button for 6+ seconds until the speaker enters reset mode. After this:

  1. You should hear the speaker announce "Factory Reset."
  2. Release the button and wait for the speaker to restart.
  3. Once the reset is complete, the speaker will re-enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode.
  4. Reconnect your device by selecting "Transparent Speaker" from your Bluetooth device list.
