We are sorry to hear that your stylus or needle broke on the turntable while using it.
The stylus is a very sensitive part in all turntables in the world. It can only be damaged by incorrect usage and hard dropping the tonearm directly on the vinyl.
That’s why there is a pump lever with cushion on the side of the tonearm lock to manually bring the tonearm above the vinyl while resting on the cushion. After that you lower the lever and the stylus will softly move towards the vinyl and start playing.
The stylus can only break my mechanical force externally caused by users. It does not break by itself. The stylus breaking is not part of any warranty.
You can purchase it directly from Transparent or you can look online and purchase a new one online from open market from Ortofon directly.
