INTERNT: How do I make the order of spare parts for the customer ?

To place the order for the customer, follow these steps:

  1. Open your email and search for the correct order number.

  2. Scroll down and take a screenshot of the required information.

  3. Crop the screenshot to remove any unnecessary parts.

  4. Open Google Docs, insert the screenshot, and save it as a PDF named with the order number.

  5. Create a new email to peter.s@petronics.nl, with magnus@transpa.rent in CC.

  6. Write the email as follows:

    Hi Peter
    Here’s an order that we’d like you to ship 1 x yyyy in white and 2x zzzz in black.
    Please print the attached order confirmation and add it to the package. 
  7. Let me know if you have any question
    Kindest regards 
  8. Your name 

  9. Attach the PDF to the email and send it. 
  10. Go to UMBRA, search for the order number, and mark it as fulfilled. 
  11. DONE.
